The challenge

Laboratorio della Pasta is a Sydney-based wholesale fresh pasta manufacturer supplying over 150 restaurants, hotels, and catering venues across Greater Sydney and regional NSW. After 15 years of growth driven by word-of-mouth and direct chef relationships, they needed a digital presence that matched their reputation — a B2B website that conveyed both Italian artisan heritage and the operational reliability that hospitality buyers demand. The brief: SEO-ready from launch, fast enough to win technical buyers, and clear enough to convert chefs and F&B directors into qualified trade enquiries.

What we did

  • Information architecture designed around the B2B buyer journey — from brand heritage to product range (long cuts, pasta ripiena, pasta corta, gnocchi) to an FAQ that answers real procurement concerns: cook times, shelf life, delivery zones, batch consistency, and custom production
