A cinematic marketing site for an Australian social-media content studio — photography, videography, drone and social strategy. Built on Astro 5 (static) with a git-based Sveltia CMS the team runs themselves, a GSAP + Lenis motion layer (pinned horizontal Work gallery, custom cursor, magnetic CTAs — all reduced-motion safe), and a complete SEO and accessibility foundation.

Full-Stack / Client Portal / Kitchen Operations

A private chef platform running two businesses at once: weekly meal prep delivered across Sydney, and in-home private dining. Clients configure a plan — household size, meals, dietary exclusions — and get live pricing; the admin behind it runs production, turning structured recipes into scaled shopping lists, PDF exports, QR meal labels with use-by dates, and invoices.

Brand Site / Headless CMS / SEO Migration

The personal-brand site for the chef-patron of La Botte d'Oro — recipes, events, articles and enquiries all edited from an admin panel he owns. Migrated off Squarespace onto Next.js and Supabase with every old URL 301-redirected, plus booking-intent pages for cooking classes and private dining and a full JSON-LD entity graph.

Marketing site for a Sydney Italian catering business built around live cooking stations — pasta rolled by hand, wood-fired pizza, tableside finishing. Eleven static Astro pages, an enquiry flow and gated menu-guide PDF that fan out to email, Klaviyo and a Google Sheet, and 76 unit tests behind the lead capture.

A hand-built static site — no framework, minified assets, WebP imagery — for a wood-fired pizza catering business with 30 years of Neapolitan craft behind it. Dedicated landing pages for each Sydney region and each event type, a single clean LocalBusiness schema graph across all 21 pages, and Search Console warnings closed one by one.

A Surry Hills agency selling social content to businesses and wedding content to couples — two audiences that want opposite things from the same homepage. One cookie-set attribute switches emphasis, palette and visual order between them, while both audiences' content stays in the DOM in the same order so crawlers still read a single document. Case studies, journal and testimonials are published from a studio dashboard.
